Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for operational and plant-based roles within our manufacturing facilities in Suez and 10th of Ramadan City. The role requires strong expertise in sourcing skilled technical, engineering, and blue-collar talent, ensuring timely hiring aligned with production and business objectives.
Job Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for operations, production, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain roles.
- Partner with plant managers to identify workforce needs and support manpower planning.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies for technical, engineering, and blue-collar positions.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
- Manage offer preparation, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and local labor regulations.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain strong networks within industrial zones.
- Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs.
- Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and documentation in HR systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-4 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1-3 years in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience hiring blue-collar, technicians, engineers, and plant-level positions.
- Strong knowledge of local labor market in Suez and 10th of Ramadan industrial zones.
- Experience in mass hiring and workforce planning is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work under hiring pressure.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
