Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the organization's growth and strategic objectives.

This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and high-quality hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across different levels, from entry-level to senior positions.
  • Utilize job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and professional networks to build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques.

Candidate Experience

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and interview panels.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment pipelines and market insights.
  • Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection best practices.

Employer Branding

  • Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking opportunities.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of engaging recruitment content for social media and career platforms.

Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, recruitment regulations, and company policies throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR.
  • Hands-on experience using Zoho Recruit or Zoho People for managing end-to-end recruitment workflows.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

  • Zoho certification or advanced training in Zoho HR applications.
  • Experience recruiting for specialized or industry-specific roles.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance standards.
  • HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or LinkedIn Recruiter certification.
  • Experience supporting diversity and inclusion recruitment initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, passive candidate outreach, and talent mapping.
  • Advanced proficiency in Zoho Recruit for configuring workflows, managing candidate databases, and generating reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and improve hiring strategies.
