Key Accountabilities:
- Support annual workforce planning by collecting, consolidating, and validating hiring needs in line with approved manpower plans.
- Execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, and onboarding handover.
- Source and build talent pipelines through multiple channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and recruitment agencies, etc.).
- Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates cultural fitness, behavioral competencies, and alignment with role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection decisions with hiring managers, HR Business Partner and relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage job offers, candidate communication, and joining formalities in line with HR policies and approved structures.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, documentation, and reports, highlighting hiring status, challenges, and recommended actions.
Academic, technical, and professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- HR diploma or professional competency-based interviews certification is preferred.
Experience:
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment preferably in pharmaceutical field
- Exposure to structured recruitment processes and competencybased interviewing is required.
