Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating final selections.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create effective hiring plans.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods for active and passive candidates.
  • Conduct initial assessments to ensure candidate alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and represent the company at hiring events or career fairs.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, dashboards, and reports to track hiring performance.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring teams to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 35 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in large-scale industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, talent mapping).
  • Understanding of competency-based interviewing.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems is an advantage.
