Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant records of the recruitment process in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and potential hires throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess candidate fit and recruitment success metrics.
