Job Purpose/Role:
Responsible for identifying, attracting, and sourcing qualified talent using different channels and social media outlets, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events. Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
- Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
- Prepare job descriptions, manage postings on websites.
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews, reference checks, and offers.
- Update the Recruitment Tracking, coordinate background verifications aligned with company processes and manage all follow-up communications.
- Prepare and process hiring documentation in collaboration with the Human Resources operations department.
- Research and participate in the most relevant career fairs, local job fairs and professional events to support RSI Brand and growth plan.
- Implement brand confidence and retention practices amongst newly recruited talent.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders and work constructively with others to efficiently achieve required business outcomes.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient operations and administrative processes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in external recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources management or any equivalent degree
- Ability to liaise with internal departments and develop hiring strategies.
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional English speaker
- Exceptional ability to screen candidates, compile shortlists and interview candidates
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
