Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Cairo. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, developing and maintaining employer branding strategies, sourcing and interviewing candidates, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. This role also involves collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and expertise in managing hiring processes
• Strong skills in Employer Branding and candidate engagement initiatives
• Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
• Solid knowledge of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines
