Key Responsibilities
- Handle hiring and recruitment processes
- Conduct interviews with candidates
- Communicate with different stallholders for recruitment purposes
- Support mass hiring initiatives
- Maintain professional communication with applicants throughout the recruitment process
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, must be in a mass hiring environment
- B2/C1 Spanish proficiency
- B2 English proficiency
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring strategies
- Understanding of HR policies and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Can commute to the job location
- Available to start immediately
