• Identifies, develops and implements recruitment policies, practices and programs to meet organizational and executive management needs
• Provides interpretation and counsel to line and executive management regarding recruitment policies, programs and practices
• Develop and analyze organizational resources needs and make plans accordingly
• Determines and utilizes key sources to engage passive and active candidates (direct sourcing, associations, social media, etc.) for current and anticipated vacancies
• Liaises with recruitment agencies for supply of resources
• Analyzes the performance of recruitment process, and recruitment metrics and recommends changes and improvements
• Ensures all recruitment process adherence and recommends improvements
• Leads employer branding initiatives
• Organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
