Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Nasr City. The professional in this role will oversee the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process for various roles. Duties will include collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, building strategies for employer branding, and fostering a positive candidate experience to attract qualified professionals. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive creative recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals and ensure successful talent placement.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting

Strong capabilities in Hiring, Interviewing, and Candidate Screening

Experience in Employer Branding to position the company as a top workplace

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Experience with talent acquisition software or applicant tracking systems

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related Field

Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
