Job Objective

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented trainee to join our HR team under the Tamheer program. This role will mainly focus on recruitment activities while also providing exposure to HR operations, giving you hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job advertisements and sourcing candidates.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in employee records management and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, English Language and Translation or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR operations.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
