]Talent Acquisition Specialist] to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-impact hiring solutions for international clients, while working in one of Egypt's best working environments.
As a
Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support end-to-end recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers and clients to deliver high-quality candidates across different roles and markets. This role is ideal for an early-career recruiter who is eager to grow, gain international exposure, and develop strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Support and manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and functions
- Assist hiring managers and clients by sharing insights on candidate availability and hiring progress
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and referrals
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess fit and qualifications
- Prepare and share candidate shortlists with clear notes and recommendations
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and support offer and hiring stages
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and account managers to meet hiring targets
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (agency experience is a plus)
- Exposure to regional or international hiring is preferred
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing techniques
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)
- Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
