Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for supervising end-to-end talent acquisition activities to meet the organization's manpower requirements. The role ensures effective recruitment planning, team supervision, stakeholder coordination, and timely hiring in line with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily talent acquisition operations and support the recruitment team.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
- Develop and monitor recruitment plans, pipelines, and hiring timelines.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
- Ensure recruitment targets are met within agreed SLAs, timelines, and budgets.
- Review candidate shortlists, interviews, offers, and joining status.
- Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and regular updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition processes and practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, including team supervision.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and sourcing channels
- Strong analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
- Advanced English is required.
