Job Description

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will lead recruitment operations, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure hiring strategies align with organizational goals. The role requires strong BPO industry experience to effectively source, evaluate, and attract talent suited for customer service and operations environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to BPO and customer service operations.
  • Supervise and mentor recruiters, ensuring KPIs and hiring targets are met.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver suitable talent pipelines.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Use ATS and recruitment tools to streamline processes and track metrics.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Mandatory BPO recruitment experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of BPO talent market in Egypt.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical skills for tracking KPIs and recruitment metrics.
  • Leadership and team development abilities.
