Role Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Supervisor will oversee end-to-end recruitment for specialized and leadership roles across e& CX Solutions. This role ensures timely delivery of high-quality hires, builds strong stakeholder partnerships, and drives recruitment excellence through structured processes, market insights, and innovative sourcing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Lead recruitment for specialized and senior positions.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted platforms.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, competencies, and success profiles.
- Ensure recruitment timelines and SLAs are met with strong candidate pipelines.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business leaders on hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, market insights, and candidate feedback.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
Process Excellence & Governance
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, frameworks, and documentation standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Monitor and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate).
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and mentor recruiters.
- Provide guidance on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate engagement.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
Market Intelligence & Employer Branding
- Conduct market mapping and talent intelligence for niche roles.
- Partner with HR and Marketing to enhance employer branding initiatives.
- Represent e& CX Solutions at career fairs, networking events, and industry forums.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven expertise in hiring for specialized and leadership positions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Knowledge of CX/outsourcing industry talent landscape preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
