Job Summary

One of our clients are looking for Talent Acquisition Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing and executing end-to-end recruitment activities to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates. This role supervises the recruitment team, ensures hiring targets are met, and partners closely with hiring managers to deliver an efficient and high-quality talent acquisition process aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide the talent acquisition team in daily recruitment activities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, referrals, and agencies
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements while maintaining quality standards
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality
  • Review and shortlist candidate profiles before submission to hiring managers
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously
