Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the head office, operations, farms, and seasonal workforce needs.
  • Execute and monitor the annual recruitment plan in alignment with manpower planning and business objectives.
  • Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Coordinate job postings across recruitment platforms, social media channels, and internal sources.
  • Screen, assess, and short-list candidates based on defined job requirements and competency criteria.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Ensure timely job offers, contract coordination, and smooth onboarding handover to HR operations.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for critical and high-volume roles.
  • Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate).
  • Prepare periodic recruitment reports and analytics for HR management.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
    • Proven experience managing high-volume and operational recruitment.
    • Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.
    • Experience in agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or export sectors is a strong advantage.
