Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the head office, operations, farms, and seasonal workforce needs.
- Execute and monitor the annual recruitment plan in alignment with manpower planning and business objectives.
- Lead and support the Talent Acquisition team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate job postings across recruitment platforms, social media channels, and internal sources.
- Screen, assess, and short-list candidates based on defined job requirements and competency criteria.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Ensure timely job offers, contract coordination, and smooth onboarding handover to HR operations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for critical and high-volume roles.
- Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate).
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and analytics for HR management.
- Support employer branding initiatives, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience managing high-volume and operational recruitment.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, seasonal business environment.
- Experience in agriculture, FMCG, manufacturing, or export sectors is a strong advantage.
