We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead and optimize high-volume recruitment operations across multiple hiring projects. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage recruiter performance, and ensure timely delivery against aggressive hiring targets. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to streamline hiring processes, improve candidate experience, and maintain strong talent pipelines. This role plays a critical part in enabling scalable workforce growth and maintaining recruitment efficiency in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Talent Acquisition team to achieve high-volume hiring targets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple roles and departments.
- Monitor recruiter KPIs, pipeline metrics, and hiring timelines to ensure delivery.
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and priorities.
- Optimize sourcing strategies and channels to support mass hiring campaigns.
- Ensure high standards of candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and ATS tracking.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 67 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to mass or high-volume hiring.
- Proven experience leading or supervising recruitment teams.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing channels, and pipeline management.
- Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in outsourcing, staffing, or large-scale recruitment operations is a strong plus.
