Job Title: Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for leading the recruitment function within the organization, ensuring the attraction, selection, and hiring of qualified candidates across all departments, including production, design, sales, logistics, and corporate functions. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines to support the company's growth in the office furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Supervise the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection).
  • Manage job postings across different platforms and recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical, creative, and operational roles.
  • Conduct interviews for mid-level and senior positions.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitor and report recruitment KPIs (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire).
  • Maintain updated candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Lead and support junior recruiters or HR assistants.
  • Enhance employer branding to attract top talent in the furniture and interior industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, furniture, or interior design industries is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies.
