JOB PURPOSES

The Tamheer Program is a six-month, on-the-job training initiative designed for recent graduates. Traineeswill be integrated into a professional work environment, where they will gain practical experience and develop essential skills relevant to their field.

MAJORS

• Human Resources Management
• Business Administration
• or any related major

PROGRAM REQUIRMENTS

• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Meets the Tamheer Program eligibility criteria.
• Registered on the Taqat portal for Tamheer.
• Has not previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
• Not registered with GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) in the past six months.
