Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management while supporting the company's hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communication with candidates.
- Support in building talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Help prepare job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment materials.
- Assist with onboarding tasks such as document collection and orientation coordination.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Eligible and registered in the Tamheer Program (no prior employment in the last 6 months and not currently registered in GOSI).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems.
- Passionate about HR, recruitment, and talent development.
