Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience in recruitment, employer branding, and candidate management while supporting the company's hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, career fairs, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-up communication with candidates.
  • Support in building talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Help prepare job postings, job descriptions, and recruitment materials.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks such as document collection and orientation coordination.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eligible and registered in the Tamheer Program (no prior employment in the last 6 months and not currently registered in GOSI).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems.
  • Passionate about HR, recruitment, and talent development.
