Job Description

We are hiring a Talent Development Manager to design and implement programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance. The role will lead learning and development initiatives, identify capability gaps, and build structured training frameworks that support business goals. This role plays a key part in strengthening talent pipelines and fostering a culture of continuous learning within NOK Human Capital.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement talent development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assess training needs through performance data, stakeholder feedback, and workforce analysis.
  • Develop and manage leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential programs.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using metrics and feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support employee growth and career development.
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS) and maintain training records and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 58 years of experience in learning and development, talent development, or organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of training design, competency frameworks, and leadership development programs.
  • Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and training analytics tools.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze workforce capability gaps and design targeted development programs.
  • Professional certification in L&D or HR (e.g., CIPD, ATD) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
