Job Description
Support in design, monitoring and enhancing Learning & Development and Career Development programs in order to identify and plan for career progression routes of employees. Assist in developing and execution of appropriate learning plans and competency development.
Responsibilities & Duties
Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the implementation of procedures and controls
Ensure all logistics e.g. training venue readiness, training materials, etc. are prepared for all in-house and external training programs
Receive and process training requests and ensure they are processed in a timely manner
Ensure all training related payments for training providers are paid in coordination with Group Finance
Assist in planning the annual training activities as per the training budget and deadlines
Support in providing appropriate reports and analysis of learning needs to support the budgeting process for learning and career development activities
Support in conducting internal courses internally according to the training needs analysis
Supervise the in-house, public and online training programs
Identify areas of improvement in his/her subordinates and ensure their continuous growth
Coach and provide formal and informal positive constructive feedback to ensure that work is carried in an efficient manner
Recommend training needs to bridge staff skill gap
Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that are often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances
