Job Summary:
The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing talent development initiatives that enhance employee performance, capability, and leadership readiness. The role focuses on performance management, learning and development frameworks, and ensuring measurable impact from training investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Support the organization's performance management cycle, including planning, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve the performance appraisal system and related tools.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on performance management processes and best practices.
Learning & Development:
- Oversee the development and implementation of Learning & Development (L&D) frameworks aligned with organizational objectives.
- Support learning needs assessments in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Support the design, coordinate, and deliver training and leadership development programs to address identified capability gaps.
- Partner with internal and external training providers to ensure effective program delivery.
Evaluation & Effectiveness:
- Support the implementation of learning evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training and development initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report on key talent development metrics and outcomes.
- Use data and feedback to continuously refine development programs and strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, and Performance Management.
- Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred.
