Our client, a leading regional conglomerate, is looking for a Talent Director, based in Riyadh, to lead the talent agenda and support the organisation's continued growth.

This role will be responsible for shaping and executing talent strategies, strengthening organisational capabilities, and building a strong pipeline of talent across the organisation.

You will work closely with senior leadership to drive talent development, succession planning, and organisational effectiveness while ensuring HR priorities are aligned with business objectives.

• 8+ years of experience in leading talent roles
• Strong experience across talent management and organisational development
• Proven experience developing and implementing talent strategies aligned with business objectives
• Strong background in succession planning and leadership development
• Experience partnering with senior leadership on organisational capability and workforce planning
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
