Talent Management Intern

Role:

We're looking for highly motivated Talent Managers and influencer marketing enthusiasts who will help shape,promote, and expand the organization. This position requires a great personality, strong organizational skills, and a relentless passion.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in onboarding and managing creators/influencers
• Coordinate for campaign briefs, timelines, and deliverables
• Ensure timely execution of campaigns and daily briefs
• Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with creators
• Support in scouting and onboarding new creators
• Manage trackers, databases, and campaign updates
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Assist in basic negotiations and content approvals

• Good time management and multitasking ability
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive and quick to take ownership
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of Instagram/YouTube and creator ecosystem
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Arabic fluency is a must
