Role Description The Talent Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for designing and implementing talent strategies that support 4Level1's educational mission. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning. The Talent Management Manager develops and maintains career paths, competency frameworks, and development programs to enhance engagement and retention. Day-to-day tasks include partnering with leadership to identify talent needs, managing learning and development initiatives, monitoring employee metrics, and ensuring company policies are applied consistently and fairly. The role also involves coordinating internal communications related to talent programs and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.
Qualifications
  • Experience in talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
  • Background in HR practices such as recruitment support, employee relations, and workforce planning.
  • Strong skills in designing and implementing training, learning, and development programs.
  • Ability to analyze HR data, track talent metrics, and prepare clear reports for leadership.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proven organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
  • Experience in education or training organizations, particularly in international or multicultural environments, is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and a collaborative work style.
