Job Required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management, Organisational Development, or a related HR function within a large and reputable organisation.
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organisational Development, or a related discipline.
- CIPD qualification or other relevant professional certifications is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in organisational design, performance management, HR policy development, and stakeholder management.
- Ensure all approved organisational structure changes are accurately reflected in HR systems and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct reviews and assessments of organisational and workforce-related business cases.
