Role Description

The Talent Management Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent within the organization. Responsibilities include managing employee engagement initiatives, coordinating training and development programs, overseeing performance management systems, and implementing succession planning strategies. The role also includes fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Employee Engagement strategies to foster a productive and satisfied workforce
  • Experience in Training & Development to design and deliver programs for employee growth
  • Strong skills in Performance Management to monitor and enhance employee performance
  • Expertise in Succession Planning for identifying and developing future leaders
  • Knowledge of Talent Management to implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in HR practices are a plus
  • Previous experience in healthcare or benefits management is preferred
