Job Purpose
The Talent Management Specialist (L&D) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and career growth. This role ensures the organization fosters a culture of continuous learning and talent development aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Design training programs for technical, soft skills, and leadership development.
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Coordinate external training providers and manage vendor relationships.
- Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps.
- Use data and feedback to prioritize learning initiatives.
- Support career pathing and internal mobility programs.
- Facilitate talent reviews and readiness assessments for key roles.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Explore innovative learning solutions (microlearning, gamification, etc.).
- Measure training effectiveness and ROI using KPIs and analytics.
- Prepare reports on learning impact and employee development progress.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
- 13 years of experience in L&D, Talent Management, Organizational Development or related HR role
- Strong knowledge of learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent command of English
