Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-level, senior, and critical roles across technical, commercial, and corporate functions.
  • Conduct proactive headhunting and market mapping for hard-to-fill and leadership positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and selection criteria.
  • Manage candidate screening, interviews, assessments, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure a strong, professional candidate experience aligned with the employer brand.
  • Support HR leadership in workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and headcount optimization.
  • Contribute to organizational structure reviews, role clarity, and span of control analysis.
  • Assist in designing and updating job descriptions, job families, and role levels.
  • Support the design, rollout, and administration of performance management systems (KPIs, objectives, evaluation cycles).
  • Assist in developing competency frameworks and role-based performance standards.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to embed a performance-driven and accountability-based culture.
  • Identify high-potential talent and critical roles in coordination with HR leadership.
  • Support succession planning initiatives and talent review processes.
  • Assist in identifying development needs and linking them to learning and development initiatives.
  • Support organizational change initiatives such as restructuring, growth phases, or process improvements.
  • Assist in culture, engagement, and employee effectiveness initiatives.
  • Maintain recruitment policies, procedures, and hiring governance frameworks.
  • Ensure recruitment and OD practices align with internal HR policies and Egyptian labor regulations.
  • Track and analyze recruitment and OD KPIs (time-to-hire, quality of hire, performance outcomes).

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience (real-estate industry background is preferred)
  • CBI Certified is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree
