Position Overview:

LPS is looking for a highly organized and people-focusedPeople Operations Executiveto manage recruitment operations and drive employee engagement initiatives. In a creative agency, people are our biggest asset this role ensures we attract top talent, deliver a strong employee experience, and maintain structured growth and development practices.

This is an execution-focused role responsible for ensuring all hiring, engagement, and performance processes are implemented consistently and on time.

The role and your contribution is critical to the agency. Talent is our product. You will ensure - we hire better and faster, employees fee heard and have clear development conversations and performance conversations happen on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Operations

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination (job postings, screening, interview scheduling, offer documentation)
  • Maintain recruitment tracker and hiring dashboards
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely hiring
  • Ensure structured onboarding for all new hires
  • Maintain candidate experience standards aligned with LPS brand

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Plan and execute engagement initiatives (team socials, celebrations, learning sessions).
  • Conduct pulse surveys and coordinate feedback sessions.
  • Track engagement scores and identify improvement areas.
  • Support internal communication initiatives.

Performance & Development Support

  • Coordinate KRA planning and goal-setting cycles
  • Ensure timely completion of performance reviews
  • Maintain development plans and learning activity trackers
  • Support managers in scheduling feedback check-ins

HR Operations Support

  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Ensure HR calendar activities are executed on time.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 12 years experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset
