Most companies still hire the old way: post a job, screen CVs, send calendar invites, repeat. We don't. We've automated sourcing with AI, built a structured assessment process, and kept humans in the loop only where it matters: judgment, relationships, and the moments that can't be scripted.

That's where you come in.

What you'll actually do

You won't be chasing CVs or formatting spreadsheets. Your job is to meet people, read them, and decide if they belong here.

You'll run screening conversations, not checkbox interviews, but real ones where you're assessing culture fit, potential, and signal. You'll work alongside our AI to evaluate every candidate . You'll manage the candidate relationship throughout keeping them warm, championing why Deriv is worth their attention, and picking up the signals that don't show up on a profile.

When the right candidates reach the final panel our CEO, HoDs, and senior leadership, they'll be ready because you prepared them and us.

Who you are

You're a sharp reader of people. You've probably done something that required selling, persuading, or assessing humans at scale — maybe sales, consulting, talent, or something completely different. You're curious about AI, comfortable using it as a tool, and not precious about the old way of doing things.

You don't need a decade in recruiting. You need judgment, warmth, and the drive to close.
