Talent Partner - (Heavy Machinery/Industrial Equipment)

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist operating in the Industrial Equipment / Commercial Vehicles sector across the GCC.

This is a senior-level recruitment role requiring someone who can manage complex hiring cycles, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive strategic hiring initiatives across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions

Handling high-volume hiring while maintaining quality pipelines

Partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders

Developing talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles

Delivering market insights and recruitment reports to leadership

Driving recruitment best practices across KSA & UAE markets

Desired qualifications:

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring
• Experience recruiting in KSA or UAE markets (mandatory)
• Exposure to Industrial Equipment / Commercial Vehicles sector (preferred)
• Ability to work with C-suite and senior stakeholders
