Role Description
We're looking for an internal recruiter who can own end-to-end hiring for Goaco and also support customers with talent delivery across multiple frameworks and PSLs. You must be a previous UK resident with a strong understanding of the UK hiring market (perm and contract).

What you'll do
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle for internal roles: intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer and onboarding support
- Support customer hiring across frameworks and PSLs: interpret requirements, shortlist fast and manage candidate flow to SLA
- Source high quality digital, IT and cyber talent across perm and contract markets
- Build and maintain talent pools (engineering, cloud, data, architecture, cyber security, delivery, product)
- Produce clear candidate summaries and customer updates with strong attention to detail
- Keep accurate ATS or CRM records, tracking stages, outcomes and hiring metrics
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role briefs, interview plans and salary or rate guidance
- Ensure compliant processes: right to work, onboarding checks and customer specific steps
- Manage third party suppliers where needed, controlling spend and quality
- Improve recruitment operations: templates, scorecards, reporting and candidate experience
Must have
- Previous UK residency and strong knowledge of the UK hiring market
- Proven recruitment experience across digital and technology roles (internal, agency or 360)
- Strong sourcing skills with evidence of filling hard-to-hire roles
- Confident stakeholder management with hiring managers, customers and candidates
- Highly organised with the ability to run multiple roles at pace
- Comfortable using an ATS or CRM with basic pipeline reporting
Nice to have
- UK public sector or regulated environment hiring experience
- Understanding of IR35 considerations and contract onboarding
- Knowledge of security clearances (BPSS, SC, DV)
- Experience supporting delivery via frameworks and or PSLs
