A well-known Company in Rental Luxury Cars is looking for a Recruitment Supervisor

Location: Sheikh Zayed

Working Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

Days off:2 days

Transportation: Available

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the full recruitment cycle (manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination).

Lead and guide the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment solutions.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for white-collar and blue-collar roles.

Ensure job descriptions are updated, accurate, and aligned with business needs.

Oversee candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external vendors when needed.

Monitor recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.

Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and tools.

Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

Handle escalated recruitment issues and critical hiring needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

7+ years of experience
