Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare local tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, and Income Tax), including booking, reconciliation, and follow-up of payments
- Ensure the accuracy of tax invoices in compliance with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) requirements
- General ledger accounts reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of balances
- Support month-end closing and ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data
- Prepare local internal financial statements according to the standards
- Coordinate and communicate with government authorities regarding tax filings and financial statements
- Responsible for communication with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA)
- Work with HR regarding payroll, reviews, reconciliations, and resolving any discrepancies
- Work with external auditors and provide required documentation and information
- Prepare reports for management
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and local regulations
- Assist other finance departments with any additional requests as needed
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in both Arabic and English, written and spoken
- Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders within and outside the finance function
Please note: This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals, currently residing in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, who are eligible for Tamheer. The role requires hybrid attendance, with regular in-office presence at our Riyadh location as per business needs.
