Job Description

The HR trainee will support the human resources team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. This role provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and exposure to HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in screening candidates and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding activities and document collection
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Help prepare HR reports and track recruitment progress
  • Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

  • Eligible for Tamheer program
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and develop in HR
