The HR trainee will support the human resources team in daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration. This role provides hands-on experience in various HR functions and exposure to HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in screening candidates and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding activities and document collection
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Help prepare HR reports and track recruitment progress
- Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements:
- Eligible for Tamheer program
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn and develop in HR
