Tamheer - Insurance Master Data

Qualifications and Education:

▪ Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business administration, Information Systems, or a related field

Experience

▪ No prior work experience is required.

▪ Ability to review and validate insurance policy data accurately is preferred

▪ Ability to analyze insurance policy benefits and coverage is preferred

▪ Exposure to maintaining and updating master data in a POS or ERP system is preferred

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

▪ Download and review insurance policy files to confirm data accuracy before uploading into the POS system

▪ Add insurance policies to the POS system so that stores can process insurance invoices efficiently

▪ Update insurance policy benefits, coverage limits, and policy changes to maintain compliance with insurance agreements

▪ Maintain the accuracy and availability of insurance policy data across all MAGRABi and Doctor M stores in the POS system

▪ Provide daily support to stores by resolving policy-related inquiries

▪ Investigate and resolve policy setup and master data issues that would otherwise cause billing errors or claim rejections
