About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Saudi graduate to join our Tamheer program as an Administrative Assistant. This is a training role designed to provide you with hands-on experience in a professional office environment, helping you build the skills needed for a successful career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support (filing, data entry, photocopying).
- Answer and direct phone calls and greet visitors.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, such as emails and memos.
- Help maintain office supplies and records.
Candidate Requirements:
- Eligibility: Must be a registered on the Taqat platform, meeting all Tamheer program criteria.
- Education: Fresh graduate with Bachelor's degree.
Skills:
- Good communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and a positive attitude.
