Job Description & Accountabilities

• Contact customers on daily basis to get them to settle the amount they owe to the bank to avoid the negative consequences of defaulting in payment.
• Inform the supervisor of any anomaly in applications or data.
• Capture call result in CWX application.
• Works closely with supervisors to achieve monthly target.
• Comply with SAMA guidelines and BSF policy.

Qualifications Requirements

• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or major.
