We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant Trainee to join our team through the Tamheer Program.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
- Schedule meetings and handle correspondence.
- Support the team with communication and follow-ups.
- Help in arranging events or internal activities when needed.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma degree.
- Eligible for the Tamheer program (through HRDF).
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Positive attitude and attention to detail.
