Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant Trainee to join our team through the Tamheer Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and files.
  • Schedule meetings and handle correspondence.
  • Support the team with communication and follow-ups.
  • Help in arranging events or internal activities when needed.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma degree.
  • Eligible for the Tamheer program (through HRDF).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and organization.
  • Positive attitude and attention to detail.
