Tamheer Program – Graphic Designer Trainee

As a Graphic Designer Trainee under the Tamheer program in our Riyadh office, you will support colleagues across our branches by creating high‑quality visual materials that align with Aon's brand and help us communicate effectively with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual concepts and use design elements to communicate ideas for internal and external audiences.
- Design a wide range of materials (e.g., advertisements, brochures, business logos, reports) for both digital and print channels.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports in line with Aon branding guidelines.
- Work closely with brokerage and functional teams across all Saudi branches to deliver high‑quality client materials.
- Support any online or offline media requirements (e.g., social media assets, email banners, printed collateral).
- Produce branded items such as letterhead, business cards, door cards, Eid cards, and other event or campaign materials.
Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong creative and visual design skills with the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Experience (academic or internship) working with multiple design formats (digital and print).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills when working with different teams and stakeholders.
Education & Program Requirements
- Eligible for the Tamheer program in Saudi Arabia (meeting HRDF/Tamheer criteria).
- Currently enrolled in a graduate level program in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating graphic design skills, and creativity
- Advanced English language proficiency is required.
