Training Description:
Study, analyze, and identify services, prepare development and operational plans for services, improve their effectiveness, prepare reports and documents related to service management, and present and discuss them with concerned stakeholders.

• إعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتخصصة والمتعلقة بإدارة الخدمات وتقديم التوصيات المناسبة والحلول الملائمة وعرضها وتوضيحها وحفظها في قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بها وفقاً للسياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.
• دراسة التجارب والممارسات المتعلقة بإدارة الخدمات وإمكانية وجدوى الاستفادة منها ورفع التوصيات والمقترحات بتبني أفضل الأساليب والممارسات.
• إعداد الخطط التشغيلية للخدمات المختلفة بأكبر فعالية ممكنة، وتحليل العمليات والإجراءات التفصيلية وضمان تكاملها وترابطها وسلامة مساراتها التدفقية بما يضمن تقديم الخدمات ضمن أعلى معايير الكفاءة والجودة، ووضع الحلول المناسبة للمشاكل والتحديات.
• تطوير أساليب وإجراءات التطوير الإداري باستخدام التقنيات الحديثة ومواكبة التطور والمستجدات في مجال إدارة الخدمات.
Training Responsibilities:
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to service management, provide suitable recommendations and solutions, present and explain them, and maintain them in the relevant database according to approved policies and procedures.
• Study practices and experiences related to service management, assess the feasibility of benefiting from them, and provide recommendations for adopting best practices.
• Prepare operational plans for different services with maximum effectiveness, analyze processes and detailed procedures, ensure their integration and workflow accuracy to deliver services with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, and provide solutions for challenges and issues.
• Develop administrative improvement methods and procedures using modern technologies and keep up with developments in the field of service management.
