Job Purpose: The OD Intern will support the Organizational Development team in designing, implementing, and evaluating HR and OD initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in HR, OD, and change management within a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and updating of job descriptions, competency frameworks, and organizational structures.
- Support OD team in employee engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, feedback analysis, focus groups).
- Contribute to research on best practices in OD, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Help in preparing presentations, reports, and dashboards for management on HR and OD metrics.
- Participate in the rollout of new HR policies, systems, or processes.
- Support training and development programs by coordinating logistics and preparing materials.
- Assist in HR analytics and data gathering for workforce planning and organizational design.
- Perform other administrative and project support tasks as assigned by the OD team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Advanced English Level

- Strong interest in Organizational Development, HR, or Talent Management.
- Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
