Job Description:

  • Compliance & Reporting: Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual submission of tax returns (VAT,income tax, payroll, stamp tax) and ensure accurate reporting for the Group.
  • Tax Audits & Disputes: Act as the primary contact for tax authorities, managing audits, inspections, and resolving disputes in all stages for al companies.
  • Tax Planning & Strategy: Proactively research, develop, and recommend tax-planning strategies to

optimize the company's tax position and reduce tax risks.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on amendments to Egyptian tax law, including e-invoicing and e-receipt requirements, and communicate impacts to management.
  • Advisory & Internal Controls: Act as a tax advisor for departments regarding tax effects of business decisions, and maintain internal tax control systems.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in taxation.
    • Proven experience in minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing tax efficiency
    • Strong background in corporate tax, VAT, and payroll tax.
    • Experience in dealing with tax authorities and tax inspections.
    • Strong knowledge of local tax laws and regulations..
    • Ability to prepare and review tax returns and reports.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems and tax reporting tools.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Leadership and team management abilities.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication skills
