Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-Contribute to maximizing bank's profitability from the portfolio under the desk.

-Perform continuous assessment to the set action plans and take any decisions needed to achieve targets.

-Cascade budgets to subordinates in the desks.

-Approve credit limits jointly with risk officers within the assigned delegation.

-Contribute to increase loans & deposits volumes in the portfolio under the desk.

-Assign budget received from Head of Large Corporate Division to subordinates based on internal capacities and Banks Management policies and vision.

-Ensure preparation of proposals in alignment with internal policies and customer needs.

-Ensure that team members are well aware of internal & external (CBE) credit procedures and regulation.

-Minimize overdue ratios in the desk.

-Ensure that the team is well trained and aware of customer service.

-Regular meetings with Key customers in their desk and obtain their feedback.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

-Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Banking.

-Solid experience in corporate credit with specific focus managing large corporate clients.

-Strong awareness of Macro Economics.

-High Marketing Skills.

-Budgeting & organizing.

-High interpersonal and communication skills.

-Solid Negotiation skills.

-High presentation skills.
