Team Lead AP Accountant

1. Lead the accounts payable function, including invoice processing, verification, and payment execution
2. Ensure accurate and timely posting of transactions in the ERP system
3. Review and approve supplier reconciliations and payment runs
4. Coordinate with procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies
5. Maintain compliance with internal controls and financial policies
6. Prepare monthly AP reports and contribute to audit processes
7. Mentor and supervise junior AP staff, ensuring high-quality performance

Requirements:

* UAE National with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

* Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role

* Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office tools

* Solid understanding of AP processes, vendor management, and internal controls

* Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and coordinate with multiple departments
